The units are controlled by electronic control boards of the last generation and a Software developed by our own technical office. Our aim is to achieve both the best control of the whole working procedure and utmost simplicity of use.
Improved materials:
The units are made in a roto-moulded polyethylene housing which resists to oils and refrigerants and is crush-resistant. Polyethylene is a "soft" material which prevents the bodies of the cars from scratches in case of accidental collision.
Easy handling
Reduced dimensions, light weight, wide handle, soft plastic and swivelling wheels make our units very easy and safe to handle in the workshop environment
Easy oil charging and filter changing
The ordinary maintenance can be easily performed by the service personnel.
Easy weight cell check, easy calibration:
The balance can be checked and, if needed, calibrated with a very easy and fast procedure and without being forced to open the unit.
Modular building , quick service
In case of maintenance, all valves are accessible from the front of the unit. Furthermore, all our units are built according to a modular concept: the internal structure can be easily removed to service the internl components.
